ws999 is required under its international licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of its users. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC), may be triggered at registration, upon a withdrawal request, when your account reaches specified transaction thresholds, or at any time ws999 deems verification necessary.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily limits are displayed within the ws999 cashier. ws999 reserves the right to require additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, including but not limited to enhanced source-of-funds documentation.

All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms disclosed at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as Real Money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the promotional terms. ws999 does not apply hidden wagering requirements — the full terms are disclosed at the point of opt-in. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the time period specified in the promotional terms will automatically expire and be removed from your Account balance. ws999 does not restore expired bonuses unless there is a demonstrable technical error on the Platform's part.
ws999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk bet patterns designed purely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and coordinated exploitation across related accounts. ws999 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and permanently close accounts where abuse is identified.

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or declared void in accordance with our sportsbook rules, stakes will be returned to your Account balance at the original odds of 1.0 (even money). Accumulator bets involving voided selections will be recalculated with those selections removed from the bet slip.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet, ws999 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the stake to the player. ws999 will not honour payouts that result from a demonstrable technical error, regardless of the amount displayed on screen.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ws999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:
ws999 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that: your Account is being used for fraudulent or prohibited purposes; your Account is subject to a legal hold or regulatory inquiry; there is a dispute regarding the legitimacy of funds in your Account; or you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
You may request the closure of your ws999 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method following standard KYC checks. ws999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ws999 will notify registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your Account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ws999 holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits the mandatory consumer protection rights afforded to you under the laws of your country of residence.
